Duwaine joined the Urban Choice Board in 2020 and brings his legal expertise and community leadership experience to the Board. He is an Associate in the Rochester office of Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP. His practice focuses on litigation, specifically commercial/business, debt collection, workers’ compensation, asset recovery, labor and employment, personal injury and medical malpractice. Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Mr. Bascoe was a litigation associate at a prominent Rochester firm engaged in all facets of litigation and served on the firm’s diversity committee. Mr. Bascoe received a J.D. from the University at Buffalo Law School where he was a recipient of the Robert J. Connelly Trial Technique Award presented by Western New York Trial Lawyers Association; the Marie Nesbitt Promise Prize Award; and the Frederick Douglas Moot Court Outstanding Performance Award.
